Chartered Counselling Psychologist

Morven is an experienced counselling psychologist who provides assessment and diagnostic services for adults, young people and children in addition to her therapeutic and clinical supervision practice. She believes in supporting her clients and their families in a collaborative and client centred way and offers a person-centred philosophical approach when undertaking an exploration of each client’s therapeutic needs as well as in the assessment of autistic spectrum disorder or ADHD.

It is important to Morven that her clients feel safe and respected during the process of assessment, and she works with gentleness and compassion at all times.

Prior to completing her doctoral training, Morven was employed at a senior level in the public sector and has a thorough understanding of how psychological functioning and wellbeing plays out within the workplace.

Morven is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and has Chartered Status within the British Psychological Society. She engages in regular continuing professional development activities as required by her professional regulatory body and has specialist training in the use of psychological assessment measures.

Morven’s session fee is £95.

Dr Emma Field

Chartered Counselling Psychologist

Emma is an experienced counselling psychologist who provides therapeutic, supervision and diagnostic assessment services for young people and adults. She has extensive experience working therapeutically in private practice with a wide range of clients including children and adolescents with neurodivergent traits and diagnoses.

Emma is passionately engaged in helping clients to understand themselves better and to find ways to live their lives more fully. She believes in the benefit of an approach that fits and enhances the individuality of each client.

With extensive experience as a former teacher and pastoral manager in secondary schools, Emma brings a wide ranging understanding of children and adolescents to her psychological work. In addition to her doctoral training Dr Emma Field has undertaken extensive training in autism and administering the ADOS 2 and ADI-R which are reliable clinical diagnostic tools. She is also a psychological coach and trained mindfulness teacher.

Emma works within a strict ethical framework at all times in accordance with British Psychological Society guidelines and is regulated by the HCPC. She values respect for her clients and describes her personal style as warm, curious, reflective and analytical.
